Services
We provide quality pick up and delivery ironing service at a competitive price. There is no minimum or maximum number of items for pick up. Our ironers use starch when ironing, but you can include your own if you wish. We offer weekly, fortnightly and casual services.
Ironing is picked up daily between 6:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. from the clients front door or a prearranged location. If there is a security gate then the gate needs to be opened for pick up and delivery or the key or code given to our trusted drivers. Please provide hangers and any instructions in the basket.
Delivery of the ironing is between 12 noon and 5pm the following day (Friday pickups are delivered Monday). If the customer is not home on delivery and if there is a lack of suitable hanging arrangement our drivers may have to leave the ironed clothes hanging on doors. This makes it hard to keep the clothes in the best order. To avoid this situation a portable rack to hang the clothes on is the best option. If you don’t have a rack, then you can either get one from most large stores (Big W, Target, K-Mart)

Monday Collection Areas:
Kenmore, Kenmore Hills, Chapel Hill, Brookfield, Pullenvale, Pinjara Hills- Deliver back Tuesday afternoon.
Forest Lake, Doolandella, Durack, Heathwood, Richlands, Darra, Inala – Deliver back Wednesday lunchtime.
Tuesday Collection Areas:
Jindalee, Sinnamon Park (Edenbrooke and Windermere), Seventeen Mile Rocks, Sumner, Mount Ommaney, Westlake, Middle Park, Jamboree Heights, River Hills.
Wednesday Collection Areas:
Fig Tree Pocket, Indooroopilly, Taringa, Toowong, St.Lucia, Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood, Corinda, Oxley.
Thursday Collections Areas:
Bardon, Mount Coot tha, Ashgrove, Alderley, Red Hill, Paddington, Auchenflower, Milton, Toowong, Rainworth, Rosalie.
***(This is our busiest day, so if we are full on the Thursday, we can accommodate a collection Friday instead and return Monday afternoon.)***

The Gap, Kelvin Grove,Herston, New Farm, West End, Highgate Hill, Yeronga, Yeerongpilly, Moorooka, Annerley, Greenslopes, Tennyson, Dutton Park, Wooloongabba, Fairfield, Tenneriffe, Newstead, Rocklea, South Brisbane.
***(Please note pick up times vary on the Friday from 6.30am to 10.30am and ironing is delivered back on Monday afternoon.)***
Pricing
We work on a ‘per article’ pricing system instead of an hourly rate. Hourly rates can be quite ambiguous and can vary your bill dramatically, whereas as being charged per article that is being ironed, you will always know exactly what your bill will be. Click on the button below for our price list.
